What they were up against

• Validated the platform against real operational pathways using scenario-based testing, including high-volume submissions, exception handling, rework cycles, and conditional approvals
• Strengthened supporting capabilities such as queue management and file handling to reduce friction for both external submitters and internal operational teams

The platform operates today as a stable, production-grade capability for secure evidence submission and management. It provides end-to-end workflow control and strong auditability for sensitive materials, turning a complex, high-risk process into one that is secure, predictable, and fit for purpose.
