- Ran Salesforce functional testing alongside MuleSoft and SAP integration and API testing
- Built an automated regression suite using Playwright in Azure DevOps CI/CD
- Covered SIT, UAT support, regression, end to end and performance testing, with defects managed in Jira

The program has a repeatable, largely automated test approach for its Salesforce maintenance application, with test plans, traceability, execution and summary reporting for each release.
