- Refactored 20+ Power Automate cloud flows to improve reliability and reduce manual intervention
- Redesigned workflow and governance patterns across the Power Apps and SharePoint layer

- Established ALM and deployment pipelines via Azure DevOps
- Rebuilt stakeholder confidence through structured delivery and transparent progress reporting
