Overview & Client Needs:

The Sydney Metro Project, focused on tunnelling infrastructure, required a robust Construction Information Management platform. The client sought a solution that would enable employees and subcontractors to remotely access authorised safety, design, HR, and quality inspection data.

Our Solution:

Seers Digital collaborated with the project team to enhance the existing industry platform and develop tailored workflow solutions for managing construction information for the North West Rail Tunnel project. We created mobile interfaces specifically designed for various activities, including pre-start attendance, document review, safety inspections, defect inspections, and verification of competency.

Seers Digital worked closely with the client to coordinate and deliver the ORIS platform across partner organisations. The implementation of our solution resulted in the following key benefits:

  7. Flexibility and Expandability: The platform offered APIs and supported third-party plug-ins, allowing for additional functionality and integration with other systems.
  8. Real-time Monitoring and Reporting: Seers Digital facilitated the availability of video/live-camera feeds for monitoring purposes and internal communications. Real-time status reporting and a centralized data source empowered the creation of dynamic dashboards.
